Women dealing with incontinence may feel alone or depressed, too embarrassed to speak up, or don't know where to turn for help.
But there’s no need to suffer in silence. The important thing to know is leaking, at any age, is not normal. We want you to be comfortable talking about your concerns, and we want you to know with the help of Women's Health professionals like us, you can begin to feel like yourself again.

On average, 30 percent of all women will deal with some sort of incontinence issue in their lifetime, and despite common misperceptions, incontinence is not a problem only associated with aging. We see patients of all ages with incontinence concerns, from children to the elderly, including many patients between the ages of 30 and 50 who may be experiencing pelvic problems following the birth of a child.
A lot of women don’t seek help for mild problems, or put off seeking help for years until it gets to a point where the problems are interfering with their daily lives. We want you to know you can talk with us about it safely, without fear of embarrassment. Incontinence is treatable, and the Mid Dakota Clinic Center for Women is here to help.
