General Surgery
Surgeons work in a branch of medicine concerned with the correction of physical defects, injuries and treatment of disease through surgery, which uses instruments, while patients are under local or general anesthesia. A full range of surgical services are available through Mid Dakota Clinic.

General surgery is a central core of knowledge embracing anatomy, physiology, metabolism, immunology, nutrition, pathology, wound healing, shock and resuscitation, intensive care and neoplasia, which are common to all surgical specialties.

Vascular surgery is dedicated to the care of patients with disorders of the circulatory system. Vascular surgery includes procedures involving the repair and healing of blood vessels, such as aneurysms, clots and amputations related to the blood vessel system.
