Financial counselors are available to:
  • Provide you with an estimate of your procedure
  • Provide you with an estimate of what your insurance will pay (if appliable) and the amount you will be responsible to pay
  • File your insurance claims (if applicable)
  • Assist with credit arrangements
  • Accept payment on your account
We are committed to assisting you with your financial concerns; however, you are ultimately responsible for the costs incurred for any medical expenses.

Cosmetic Procedures
Pre-payment is required on all cosmetic procedures prior to scheduling your procedure. Payment options include cash, check, money-order, personal loan, CareCreditSM financing, or credit card. We accept MasterCard, Visa, and Discover.

Procedures Covered by Insurance
In order to assure that insurance claims are processed quickly and correctly, it is important that you know the type of health insurance coverage that you have, and that you notify the Business Office at (701) 530-6004, toll-free 1-800-472-2113 ext. 6004 of any changes in your coverage.

All fees, personal payments and insurance payments for your surgical procedure will be itemized on your monthly Mid Dakota Clinic statement. Under federal law, we cannot combine bills; therefore, anesthesia (sedation) charges will be billed by CHI St. Alexius Heart & Lung Clinic or Missouri Basin Anesthesia, and any pathology (tissue testing) charges will be billed by Pathology Consultants. If hospitalization is required as part of your treatment, you will receive separate billing from CHI St. Alexius Health for hospital charges. If you have questions on any of these billings, you must contact each individual facility.
