The projection, width, and total volume of your calves can be improved by this procedure. It is often done for those with congenitally small calves or in those who are not seeing the results of hard work in the gym. A very soft silicone implant is placed near the calf muscle through a small incision behind the knee in the natural skin fold. The change can be subtle or dramatic depending on your preference. Because this operation involves your mode of transportation (your legs), it can be a couple of weeks before you are back to your normal activities. However, this has an extremely high rate of satisfaction and the operation is well tolerated.
