Coronavirus update
Our #1 priority is the health and safety of our patients, visitors, and healthcare teams. We understand the need for different levels of care and are dedicated to providing a safe environment for you and your family.

Here is what you can expect from us as we continue to serve your healthcare needs. Your cooperation with these policies is greatly appreciated.

Visitors
If possible, you should attend your appointment alone to limit the number of people within the clinics. Only one visitor is permitted if assistance is needed or the patient is a minor. Parents and guardians with appointments are welcome to bring newborns (12 weeks or less) along with their support visitor.

Face Coverings
Based on CDC recommendations, anyone coming into any Mid Dakota Clinic location is required to wear a mask or face covering. If you do not have a mask, one will be provided for you. If you are unable or unwilling to wear a mask, you will not be allowed entry. If needed, we will assist you in rescheduling your appointment, including the option of a telemedicine visit if appropriate.

Screened Entry
All patients and visitors will be screened for fever and symptoms of COVID-19 before being allowed to enter any of our clinics. If you exhibit any of these symptoms, have tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 14 days, or are awaiting COVID-19 test results, you may be asked to reschedule your appointment or utilize one of our convenient TODAY Clinics.

Upon entering any clinic, you are asked to observe social distancing of at least 6 feet between others wherever possible.

TODAY Clinics
Our no-appointment-necessary TODAY Clinics are available for your unexpected illness or injury. If you have any of the following symptoms, you should consider a TODAY Clinic for your care.
  • Cough
  • Diarrhea
  • Fatigue
  • Fever
  • Headache
  • Loss of smell or taste
  • Muscle aches
  • Respiratory issues
  • Vomiting
Walk in to either TODAY Clinic – at Gateway Mall in north Bismarck (M-F, 8am-5pm) or 9th & Rosser downtown (M-F, 8am-8pm; Sat-Sun, 9am-1pm).

Primary Care and Specialty Care
We are taking measures to restrict symptomatic patients from our Primary Care clinics. You can still make an appointment to see your provider for conditions NOT listed above. Call Patient Scheduling at 701.712.4501 and a scheduling specialist will be happy to assist you.
