Portions of North Dakota are moving into Phase 1B of the ND Department of Health's COVID-19 Vaccination Plan.
Adults 75 and older are the first priority in Phase 1B.

MID DAKOTA CLINIC UPDATE:
Currently, the vaccine is not available to the General Public and Mid Dakota Clinic is not maintaining waiting lists.
On January 13th, we began vaccinating patients in Phase 1B, adults 75 and older, using the Moderna vaccine. We will communicate directly with patients via e-mail when a dose is available for them based on supply and priority groups established by the CDC & ND Department of Health.

Please complete this interest survey if you would like to receive COVID-19 vaccination for yourself or your facility. Once vaccine is available, we will email you with COVID-19 vaccination appointment dates/times.
