ALL OF OUR LOCATIONS ARE OPEN. Your doctor will decide on the appropriateness of all visits to ensure your health and the health of all patients. We may contact you via phone, text message, or the Patient Portal if we feel your upcoming scheduled care may be unnecessary at this time due to your specific health condition.

If needed, we will assist you in rescheduling your appointment, INCLUDING THE OPTION OF A TELEMEDICINE VISIT IF APPROPRIATE. Certain qualifications apply, and we encourage you to ask about all of your options the next time you need care, or if you need to reschedule a current visit. You may call Patient Scheduling at 701.712.4501.

We continue to require ALL PATIENTS AND VISITORS TO WEAR A MASK THROUGHOUT THEIR APPOINTMENT REGARDLESS OF HOW THEY ARE FEELING. If you have your own mask, you will be encouraged to continue wearing that mask throughout your visit. 

We continue to screen all visitors at each of our sites. To ensure the health of all patients, WE ASK THAT YOU NOT BE ACCOMPANIED BY ANYONE ELSE UNLESS NECESSARY. We may ask anyone who isn’t a patient to wait outside, off the premises during the visit if onsite waiting is not required.
