YOU CAN MAKE AN APPOINTMENT TO SEE YOUR REGULAR PROVIDER FOR MOST CONDITIONS. Please call Patient Scheduling at 701.712.4501 and a scheduling specialist will be happy to assist you.

To ensure the health of all patients, YOU ARE ENCOURAGED TO ONLY BRING NECESSARY FAMILY/VISITORS TO YOUR APPOINTMENT. We understand that having family/visitors involved in your care can be a very important part of your understanding and healing.

We continue to require ALL PATIENTS AND VISITORS TO WEAR A MASK OR FACE COVERING THROUGHOUT THEIR APPOINTMENT REGARDLESS OF HOW THEY ARE FEELING. If you do not have a mask, one will be provided for you. If you are unable or unwilling to wear a mask, you will not be allowed entryIf needed, we will assist you in rescheduling your appointment, including the option of a telemedicine appointment if appropriate.

If you have an in-person appointment, please protect yourself and others following these CDC guidelines:
  • If you think you have COVID-19, notify the doctor or healthcare provider before your visit and follow their instructions.
  • Cover your mouth and nose with a mask when you have to go out in public.
  • Do not touch your eyes, nose, or mouth.
  • Stay at least 6 feet away from others while inside and in lines.
  • When paying, use touchless payment methods if possible. If you cannot use touchless payment, sanitize your hands after paying with card, cash, or check. Wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds when you get home.
