Ratings & Reviews

What My Patients Are Saying

Our ratings are an average of all reviews from patients who respond to questions from confidential surveys they receive from Crossroads Group, our survey source. The Patient Satisfaction Rating reflects the overall rating given to the provider by patients. Patients may not receive the same surveys. Responses are measured on a scale of 1 to 5 with 5 being the best score.

Only those providers who have received 30 or more completed surveys will receive a Patient Satisfaction Rating and display comments. Comments are submitted by patients and reflect their views and opinions. Mid Dakota Clinic will post positive and negative feedback, but will not post comments that are libelous, profane, or compromise the privacy of our patients.

Knowledgeable, caring, and seemed sincere.

Dr Moore was not helpful and very curt. He claimed my son needed his tonsils and adenoids removed as well as tube in his ear and a reduction in the turbinate in his nose. He's 9! That?s a lot to do all at once. I thought this was too much as my son has undergone two broken wrists and oral surgery in less than one year. I reluctantly made the appointment for surgery, but I cancelled after I sought a second Opinion from Dr Raisen at Prairie SEA. I'm glad that I did. No surgical treatment was necessary. He was given a different prescription and is now 100% better.

Communicate with the patient.

Surgery went well.
Feb 19, 2021
More patient/MD interaction. More discussion of options; more details from the tests performed. This was all too rushed.

No long waits.
