Clinic is close to home, I continue to be comfortable the staff's competence and willingness to explain issues.

Timeliness. Because of the doctor being over an hour late, I was late for my older daughter's kindergarten open house. When I came out of the room after 50 minutes and asked the nurse if they forgot about me, I was told he would be in soon. And he took another 15 minutes.
