Ratings & Reviews

What My Patients Are Saying

Our ratings are an average of all reviews from patients who respond to questions from confidential surveys they receive from Crossroads Group, our survey source. The Patient Satisfaction Rating reflects the overall rating given to the provider by patients. Patients may not receive the same surveys. Responses are measured on a scale of 1 to 5 with 5 being the best score.

Only those providers who have received 30 or more completed surveys will receive a Patient Satisfaction Rating and display comments. Comments are submitted by patients and reflect their views and opinions. Mid Dakota Clinic will post positive and negative feedback, but will not post comments that are libelous, profane, or compromise the privacy of our patients.

Dr. Leingang is a rare, rare breed of doctor; an active skilled listener/questioner, a high degree of empathy, and superb patient communication. As for Neil Young, the song goes, "...long may he run."

The nursing staff and doctor were outstanding.

Efficiency and the kind, personal care that was extended by (most) everyone.

So far as Urgent care, I believe that everyone at Mid Dakota and the medical staff at St. A's did an excellent job in helping me see my way through a situation that otherwise, could have been life threatening. I thank you, so very much.

The doctor was very friendly and informative.

After the doctor examined me and left, he said someone would be right in to give me a COVID test. After more than 30 minutes of waiting, a woman finally came to administer the test. She was very rude when I told her I had been waiting for more than 30 minutes and said "You aren't the only patient here" in a mean voice. When she administered the test, she stuck it so far up my nose that the swab was bloody. Please find a different person to administer COVID tests or retrain this person on bedside manner and professionalism.
