Mid Dakota Clinic is pleased to welcome Marissa Wisdom, MD back to the Bismarck area. Dr. Wisdom joins the Obstetrics and Gynecology department at the Mid Dakota Clinic Center for Women at 1000 East Rosser Avenue.
A native of Washburn, ND, Dr. Wisdom received a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from North Dakota State University. Following completion of her undergraduate degree, she served as a clinical research assistant with the Neuropsychiatric Research Institute in Fargo conducting research on eating disorders. Dr. Wisdom then attended the University of North Dakota School of Medicine and Health Sciences in Grand Forks where she received her Doctor of Medicine degree. Prior to joining the clinic, she completed a four year obstetrics and gynecology residency at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City.
Dr. Wisdom is a Junior Fellow in the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and a member of the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists. She has a professional interest in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery.
